Deja Vu? 12/11/2007
 

So what do you think about Déjà vu? You know…the feeling that you know something before it actually happened and then it does happen. Or do you believe that it’s a matter of being able to guess? Has it ever happened with a person, where you meet them and you just somehow “know” that you know them?
The reason why I’m bringing this up is because I recently met someone, who we both swear we know each other…but there is no way we could have. I think it’s very unique when something like that happens, and I would love to hear about your experiences with it.
So…

Oh man, I get dj vu all the time. I think that it's a typical brain thing, but sometimes it seems like more than that. Like "I've seen this before, now he's going to say 'Look at that car,' and someone is going to come out that door." And then it happens. O_o;
I never trust those things enough to make any use of it. I don't trust first impressions either, then find out after years of being told and telling myself that I'm wrong, it turns out I was right in the first place. It's a bit annoying, really. xD If that counts as knowing people before you actually know them.

Hmm... Deja Vu... I wouldnt say that I reexpierience things as apposed to seeing them played out in my own mind first.
